Please note that this email address is only monitored during the office hours of the HSE/Lenus which are from 9am to 5pm GMT from Monday to Friday (excluding any bank holidays or national holidays). Any emails received outside these times will not be dealt with until the office re-opens.

 

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ANY TAKE-DOWN REQUESTS ARE SENT TO lenus@hse.ie AND NOT TO ANY OTHER HSE EMAIL ADDRESS. ANY TAKE-DOWN REQUESTS THAT ARE SENT TO ANY OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR DEALT WITH.

 

 

 

 

 

The HSE/Lenus operates on a "notice and takedown" basis. Once this notification has been received and reviewed by the HSE/Lenus, it will make all reasonable endeavours to remove content complained about within a reasonable time.

 

 

 

Whilst the HSE/Lenus does not monitor material, it reserves the right to remove, refuse to publish, edit, cut and/or crop any material that comes to its attention via a complaint or otherwise. Users will not necessarily be notified when information that they have uploaded is removed nor published, edited, cut and/or cropped as the case may be.

 

The HSE/Lenus reserves the right to reveal the identity (or whatever information it knows about the user) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted and/or uploaded by that user.

 

 

 

This policy shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon and enforceable by the HSE/Lenus and/or any of their successors in title and/or assigns.
