dc.descriptionPart 2 of the Disability Act provides a structure for the identification and delivery of individual health, education and personal social services for people with disabilities, who meet the relevant eligibility criteria set out in the Act. A key element of the Disability Act is that Section 13 requires the HSE to provide an annual report to the Minister in relation to ‘…the aggregate needs identified in assessment reports prepared including an indication of the periods of time ideally required for the provision of the services, the sequence of such provision and an estimate of the cost of such provision’.en_US
