This thesis examines economic evaluation in first episode psychosis and EI in psychosis using three sequential studies. Economic evaluation provides a systematic structured framework for examining the costs and benefits of interventions. Economic evaluation is a particularly useful way to evaluate complex interventions with multiple components and outcomes in a real world setting. Each study in the thesis answers one or more questions which add to the literature on the economics of EI in psychosis.en_US
