dc.descriptionThis is the second Health Business Service (HBS) strategy which sets out the planned vision, actions and implementation pathway for the next three years, 2017-2019. It is very much built on the foundation established in the period 2014-2016 and, as such, is a reference framework for all employees of HBS, our business partners and stakeholders as the further development of HBS advances. It describes the strategic and operational agenda which is needed to further develop and consolidate HBS as the global business provider of choice for the health sector. The actions identified in this strategy are consistent with and underpinned by the overall health service improvement programme. As with the first HBS strategy, this document will be a dynamic roadmap to be used to guide and challenge HBS in the next three years. It will be supported by a robust implementation plan and framework and will also be subject to continual review and adjustment to ensure that it meets the emerging needs of our business partners and stakeholdersen
