A Task Force, representative of the proposed Department of the Public Service and the Department of Health, was established in September, 1972, to examine the problems involved in setting up the experiment; to recommend to the Government the appropriate structural and organisational arrangements; and to supervise the implementation of the scheme if and when it is accepted by the Government.en
