dc.description	At the request of the Department of Health, a joint Comhairle na n-Ospideal/Department of Health Review Group was· established in June 1991 to undertake a comprehens i ve review of orthopaedic services in the South Eastern Health Board area. The impetus for the review was a request from the South Eastern Health Board for a second post of Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to be based at Waterford Regional Hospital/Kilcreene Orthopaedic Hospital mainly to facilitate the provision of an elective orthopaedic service for the people of Waterford.	en_GB
