dc.descriptionThis report sets out to present a needs assessment for respite services for children with life-limiting conditions in the Health Service Executive’s (HSE) South and West administrative regions. In addition, the project team undertook to update the data presented in a similar needs assessment undertaken in 2010 for the HSE’s Dublin North-East and Dublin Mid-Leinster regions (IHF/CSH, 2011). This involved analysis of existing reports and available data, as well as examining international benchmarks such as the work of the Association for Children with Life-threatening or Terminal Conditions and their Families (ACT) in the UKen_GB
