dc.description	The Community Health Group is a Community led project which was initiated in October 1994 by the Jobstown Integrated Development Project (JIDP). This report is intended to provide all relevant bodies with information on how the Community Health Group was planned and implemented with analysis of its opportunities, constraints and outcomes. The report is a summary of the project. Conclusions are drawn from the project itself and recommendations are based on reviewing the project in relation to relevant reports and future trends in the Irish Health services. The Community Health Action Project has undoubtedly been a success in its first eighteen months and constitutes a sound model for future projects. The continuation of the project is essential if significant impact is to be seen.	en_GB
