dc.description | This section of the report presents in detail the findings of the review. in particular the three pieces of work especially commissioned. These are as follows: A: A survey of all providers in England and Wales. This survey was carried out by Dr Paul Roderick, of the Wessex Institute of Public Health utilising the experience gained by the team which carried out the LIG Review. It has been divided into four pans: patient stock; facilities; medical staffing; and acceptance rates. B: Details of current nursing and non-medical staff in the non-LIZ units, the data for which were collected for the LIG review, and are not reproduced here. These data have been collected by Mrs Linda Whitworth, of the Manchester Royal Infirmary. Mr Vic Crumbleholme assisted with the graphics. c: Information about the current cost of the service, prepared by Graham Shipp of Resource Management Services D: A brief summary of the results of the survey of purchasers, prepared by PMD3B, part of the NHS Executive. | en_GB |
