dc.description | The Working Group was established in September, 1986 with the following terms of reference:- (a) to advise on a definition of maintenance and what it entails with respect to buildings and equipment. lLeffis such as energy conservation, fire precautions etc.,would be considered in this context . (b) to advise on available computer-based building management systems dealing with maintenance and to recommend on their suitability for use in different situations. (c) to advise on the question of responsibility and on suitable administrative arrangements to facilitate the efficient implementation of the maintenance programme. (d) to deal with the financial implications arising from the review .
