dc.description	2010 was a significant year of challenge, change and adaptation for the HSE Crisis Pregnancy Programme. It was the first year of working within a new organisational structure, with new reporting relationships and different governance arrangements. It was characterised by a parallel focus on progressing transition requirements and integration projects but also driving the implementation of an ambitious service plan and delivering outputs across a broad range of projects. As with other areas within the public service, it was also a year characterised by a reduction in staffing numbers and ongoing requirements to consolidate activities and seek more efficient ways of delivering on our mandate and legislative requirements.	en
