Abstract
The terms of reference for the evaluation study are: To evaluate the programme of work undertaken at Beaumont Hospital over the last five years in respect of the following main areas: The arrangements put in place for the efficient running of the hospital on a day-to-day basis, the identification of operational problems, analysis of their causes and development of solutions; The design and installation of a management structure to run the hospital in the long-term.
