Description:
All Elections shall be by the General Council. Fellows of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland may be admitted without formal proposal of payment of the entrance fee and the subscription for the current year. All others, being registered medical practitioners, or those interested in the science of medicine shall be proposed by two Fellows before election. Any registered Medical Practitioner may be elected a member, the election to be conducted in the same manner as that of Fellows. Registered Medical Practitioners temporarily resident in Dublin, may be elected as Associates. Registered Medical Students may be elected as Student Associates.
