Description:
In April, May and June 1990 members of the nationally representative sample drawn for the regular European Community Consumer Survey were also interviewed, using a separate supplementary questionnaire, about their perceptions and usage of the Irish health services. Fieldwork for the Consumer Survey is carried out by the ESRI in urban centres and by Teagasc in rural areas. All processing of the health services supplementary questionnaire was carried out within the ESRI. What follows is a basic descriptive report on this data: the questionnaire itself is reproduced as an appendix to the report.
