We have no knowledge whether comprehensive bereavement care is provided through palliative care services in Europe. Secondly, we have no up-to-date picture of bereavement services through palliative care in Ireland. The Bereavement Taskforce of the European Association of Palliative conducted a survey as the first phase of its work
