Description:
Thank you for agreeing to partake in the Board is Recruitment and Selection Process. Research has shown us that a well planned and well focused interview is still one of the most commonly used and most reliable methods of selecting employees. Good Recruitment and Selection Procedures are key requisites to the development of an effective workforce. With the current emphasis on cost effectiveness, efficiency and accountability it is of particular importance in highly labour intensive organisations such as Health Boards, that the Selection method matches the right person to the job. It is essential therefore that we get the 'best fit' candidates to match the strategic and operational requirements of the Board.
