A new on - line reporting system through “Health Information Directorate” for needle stick injury is being proposed to replace the exist hand writing form as a change project in the accident and emergency department in one of the govern mental health care organization in Kingdom of Bahrai n. This introductory chapter will provide a brief description about the organization, context of the change, rationale behind it, its aims and objectives, and finally the main role of the Student in the Organization and the Project
