Description:: The Adoption Authority has examined how the staff and organisational structure is suited to its functions and the legislative environment. An early objective of the Corporate Plan is to implement decisions regarding organisational structure and capacity to ensure that the Authority can deliver on its functions efficiently and effectively. A Business Plan objective for completion by mid-2013 is to have the following structure in place in the Authority, with the public service resource issues and non-employment of new staff stated as a critical success factor in this regard
