Description:	The HPSI workforce planning survey report aims to analyse and evaluate the numbers and demographics of psychology staff, shortfall and influx requirements, and future planning needs. Information was also gathered on meeting clinical need, service expansion, gaps in service provision, outsourcing costs, staff loss, training needs, and competencies of newly qualified staff.
