| Description: | We have pleasure in presenting the final report of our review of
the National Drugs Advisory Board. We hope the report will be of
assistance to your Department and the Board in getting the veterinary medicinal under way and in rationalising the
organisation of existing and new work. We feel that the
recommendations in the report represent the most cost-effective way
of meeting present and future requirements.
We expect that, since we took care at all stages to discuss our
thinking as it developed with the Project Control Group and with
the individuals concerned the basis of our recommendations is
understood by all. As is to expected in an exercise of this
nature agreement on all issues has not been possible. We have
endeavoured to reflect in the report those areas where points of
view were put to us chat did not accord with our thinking. |
