and community psychiatric
services (inclusive of out-patient services)
for Ireland for 1998. Data for Parts 1 and 4
of the report were collected by the
National Psychiatric In-patient Reporting
System (NPIRS) and report on in-patient
admissions and discharges. Information is
presented separately for adult and child/
adolescent admissions and discharges.
Adult admissions are of patients aged 16
years and over. Data for Parts 2 and 3 of
the report were collected by the
Department of Health and Children and
report on census figures and community
psychiatric services. |
