| Abstract: | The Charter of The Adelaide and Meath Hospital,
Dublin, Incorporating The National Children's-Hospital,
took legal effect on 1 August, 1996. The Charter is the
result of extensive amendments of The Charter of The
Adelaide Hospital. Dublin. The Oireachtas approved
these amendments in the Health Act, 1970 (Section
76) (Adelaide and Meath Hospital Dublin,
Incorporating The National Children's Hospital) Order
1996. This Order was facilitated by the Health
(Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1996 which is attached
here, as an appendix to the Charter (Pages 65-72). |
