in maternity care in Ireland. A number of organisations have been
formed which include consumers of maternity care. Some of these
organisations have pressed for changes in the maternity services.
There has been a demand for more services for home delivery, and
indeed a court case dealinq wlth this question has taken place. As a
result, the maternity services have received considerable attention
from the media. |
