The Irish Medicines Board [IMB] hosted a seminar on the implications of the proposed interim national licensing scheme for traditional medicinal products at the Hilton Dublin Hotel on 2nd May 2002. A total of 111 attendees were present at the seminar including 10 IMB staff, 2 representatives from the Food Safety Authority of lreland and 5 representatives from the Medicines Unit of the Department of Health and Children. Attendees included representatives from the health trade industry and representatives from all interested organisations including two consumer organisations. Consumers for Health Choice (CHC) and Consumers' Association of Ireland (CAI)
