The survey does not cover children in day care or day fostering, children living with their mothers in sheltered accommodation or women's refuges or children living at home who are being supervised by health boards. survey Method The survey is based on questionnaires in respect of each child in care completed by the Social Work Teams in the 32 Community Care Areas throughout the country.
