| Description: | This report presents the findings of ‘Your Views of Mental Health Inpatient Services’ a survey undertaken
in 2011 which examined 710 service users’ experiences of their recent stay across 28 approved
centres1. The key findings are set out below and have been categorised under six of the eight themes
from the ‘Quality Framework for Mental Health Services in Ireland’ (Mental Health Commission, 2007a).
An overall evaluation theme has also been included, which details overall satisfaction with the service
and the respondent’s health status post-discharge. |
