This publication presents a compendium of articles which celebrate the diversity of work within the NCS, offering reflections on practice over the last 10 years. Contributions include a focus on clinical work, as well as theoretical papers and personal reflections. A number of themes emerged from the articles which were presented for publication: how clients experience the NCS; the diversity of experience and resources offered by NCS staff and the shared values from which we work.
