      <title>Office for Health Management annual report 2000</title>
      <link>http://hdl.handle.net/10147/248716</link>
      <description>Title: Office for Health Management annual report 2000
Authors: Office for Health Management (OHM)
Description: The year 2000 was another very active year for the&#xD;
Office for Health Management. Highlights of the&#xD;
year included the initiative in promoting and&#xD;
facilitating personal development planning within&#xD;
the health services, the launch of the new&#xD;
leadership programmes and a programme of&#xD;
executive coaching for top and senior managers. A&#xD;
stimulating cross-border conference on working&#xD;
with diversity in the health services is likely to lead&#xD;
to further developments on this topic in the years&#xD;
ahead. A full programme of Masterclasses widened&#xD;
perspectives on healthcare management in Ireland.&#xD;
Finally, the identification of nursing management&#xD;
competencies stimulated great interest within the&#xD;
nursing profession.&#xD;
Figures in brackets throughout the report refer to&#xD;
issues of our newsletter where the activities&#xD;
concerned are outlined in greater detail.</description>
